9.500 Scope of subpart.

This subpart-

1. (a) Prescribes responsibilities, general rules, and procedures for identifying, evaluating, and resolving organizational conflicts of interest;

2. (b) Provides examples to assist contracting officers in applying these rules and procedures to individual contracting situations; and

3. (c) Implements section 8141 of the 1989 Department of Defense Appropriation Act, Pub.L.100-463, 102 Stat.2270-47 (1988).
