Order of Precedence-Sealed Bidding (Jan 1986)

Any inconsistency in this solicitation or contract shall be resolved by giving precedence in the following order:

1. (a) The Schedule (excluding the specifications);

2. (b) Representations and other instructions;

3. (c) Contract clauses;

4. (d) Other documents, exhibits, and attachments; and

5. (e) The specifications.
