15.200 Scope of subpart.

This subpart prescribes policies and procedures for-

1. (a) Exchanging information with industry prior to receipt of proposals;

2. (b) Preparing and issuing requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for information (RFIs); and

3. (c) Receiving proposals and information.
