27.200 Scope of subpart.

This subpart prescribes policies and procedures with respect to-

1. (a) Patent and copyright infringement liability;

2. (b) Royalties;

3. (c) Security requirements for patent applications containing classified subject matter; and

4. (d) Patented technology under trade agreements.
